Dru Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat
With Vera Gubbels
Retreat description
Ayurveda is a 5000 year old system of natural healing that has its origins in the Vedic culture of India. Yoga and Ayurveda come from the same source of knowledge. In this retreat we offer you the fundamentals of traditional Ayurveda. We will learn about the Doshas, gain insights about the different body types and how to apply the ancient knowledge for a healthier and joyful way of living. Dru yoga, meditation and breathing classes will be based on the different Doshas, and there will also be Ayurvedic treatments/massage, guided adventures in nature and healthy vegetarian food to balance and energize your body, mind and soul.
