Meet your teacher for this retreat.
Natalie Nardi is a Senior Registered Yoga Teacher, initially qualified in 2006; today, she has accumulated over 500+ hours of training, with approximately 12,000 completed teaching hours. Her Yoga training is classically Hatha but a more personal style has developed over the years, having collaborated and been influenced by several high-profile teachers. She expresses her passion toward more therapeutic styles and their healing effect, by enjoying to teach slow, deep and methodically. The incorporation of breath and meditation is important to Natalie, ensuring that students not only feel complete after any session, but also leave with valuable tools for better body-mind wellness. A firm believer that Yoga is for everyone, never complicated, always safe and with a sense of freedom and fun. Natalie provides Yoga for real people, who enjoy connecting with others through authentic practices. She loves to teach beginners and embraces advanced students to improve their practice. Natalie runs her own sessions in most studios and gyms in her local areas, East London/Essex. In addition, she works privately with individuals, runs her own online community and facilitates regular holistic events both in the UK and overseas. As a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist in addition, now with over 15 years' experience, a deeper understanding of the body is certainly brought to the yoga class.
A more personal word from Natalie: “Yoga has helped me find a place of FREEDOM & I’m blessed to share this knowledge. It’s my passion to support students from the inside out, toward their own genuine transformation. For me, it’s all about how good it feels to be BALANCED in your body, without any comparison... being KIND to yourself, without seeking perfection. HEALTH & COMFORT, whatever your limitations… a GRATITUDE for your body. Together, we encourage personal growth by following basic principles that allow you to RISE to your true nature; a healthier, happier and more vibrant you, no matter what your level. JOIN ME!”
