Aja Krystall
Aja teaches vinyasa flow and yin yoga.
She is extremely passionate about the food aspect of health, because we eat three times a day so food has the power to make or break your vitality. She is studying to be an Ayurvedic health coach in order to help people feel their most vibrant selves. Ayurveda is an ancient holistic system of health that recognises that each body and mind are unique, and which uses diet, lifestyle, yoga and meditations, therapies, herbs and spices to bring balance back to the body and mind.

Paul teaches Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation at Watamu, in Europe and at the Lamu Yoga Festival.
Dru is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualization.
