For single occupancy, the rates begin at KShs 25,000 with breakfast for residents and US$ 260 for non-residents.

For single occupancy, the starting price is KShs 18,000 with breakfast for residents and US$ 195 with breakfast for non-residents.

Let us know the meal plan of your choice - Bed and Breakfast / Half Board / Full Board. We serve meals that are delicious and nutritious, full of vitality and fresh produce and all sugar and additive-free. Please tell us your preferences with your booking and we will make your menu during your stay gluten free, dairy free or any other preferences you have.

We have a daily schedule of yoga classes - most days we have 2 classes a day and in lower seasons we have one class a day. We have a wide variety of teachers and styles. The schedule is here. Yoga classes cost 1200/- per class, and include instruction, mats and all equipment and a juice at the end of class.
We also have meditation every weekday morning (silent sitting - free of charge) . Yoga at Treehouse has been certified by the Kenya Tourism Board as a Magical Kenya Signature Experience - one of the most unique experiences you can do in the country.

We have a number of optional award-winning activities that complement the relaxing holiday at Treehouse. Activities include Stand-Up Paddle-boarding, Kayaking, Snorkelling, nature and cultural walks, visits to the Arabuko Sokokwe Forest, and when the moon is in the right phase, an amazing ‘float’ down through the mangroves.
Two of our activities have been certified by the Kenya Tourism Board as Magical Kenya Signature Experiences - among the most unique experiences you can do in the country.

Booking terms and conditions

Pricing Details:

• All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT and contributions to the Tourism Fund.

• Please note that prices do not apply to peak season dates starting from 21/12/23.

• Activities and airport transfers are not included in the price.

Residency Information:

• Kenyan residents are required to furnish proof of residency upon check-in.

Children at Treehouse:

• We warmly welcome children, with the understanding that:

  1. Treehouse is designed as a serene retreat, prioritizing peace and tranquillity.

  2. Given the property's elevated design, we urge parents and guardians to be vigilant for the safety of their young ones.

Meal Plans:

• Bed and Breakfast : Includes breakfast.

• Half Board: Includes breakfast and one additional meal of your choice daily, either lunch or dinner. You can decide each day.

• Full Board: Encompasses three meals daily: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• All meal plans complemented by morning drinks to your room, coco water daily, water and hot drinks throughout the day and sundowner snacks.

Room Types:

1. Single Occupancy High-Level Rooms: Suitable for individuals, these rooms come with one bed. Rooms with multiple beds are categorized and priced as doubles.

Beverages:

• Complimentary water and tea are available throughout the day.

• Each meal is accompanied by a complimentary glass of fresh juice or coconut water.

• Alcohol and sodas are not supplied. However, guests are welcome to bring their own and consume them on the premises at no additional cost.

Booking and Payment Policy:

1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared 30 days prior to your stay.

3. Minimum booking duration is two nights over weekends.

• Credit card (For secure credit card payments, request a link and be advised there's a 3% card fee.)

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans change, but due to our booking demands, we adhere to the following:

1. Cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival: 25% of the total stay is retained.

2. Cancellations made between 30-45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total stay is retained.

3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay is retained.

Given the unpredictable nature of travel, we recommend considering travel insurance.

Covid Policy:

In light of global conditions, we've made temporary adjustments:

• If travel restrictions are imposed by governments or we are forced to close due to Covid related reasons, guests will be permitted to reschedule their bookings without any penalty.

• This policy does not cover individual illness or quarantine reasons. For such cases, our regular cancellation policy applies. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
